"We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful.
Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts...

"Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar!
Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy!
Pool looked nice but never used!
Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower!

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr gastfreundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.
Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer gestellt wurde. Der Reinigungsservice hat ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet und alles war stets ordentlich.
Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden...
