"Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked nicely. When checking in another staff member checking another guest in made a mistake and had to delay me at least 10-15 minutes as she needed the computer I was being checked in with. That showed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude. As the employee that was serving me was very professional and polite, her training was definetly on show. "This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. I have stayed here before and will stay again. "
