"The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating."

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and were willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. "Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place ."

"This hotel is very ran down. It needs a good remodeling. Tile is comming off or loose in the bathroom. The rooms were fairly clean but it just felt yucky since everything was very worn."
