"On our first night, we heard a domestic violence situation happening in the room next-door. We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. "Wonderful hotel in a prime location and very reasonably priced! We were in the Seaport District, and the staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Will definitely stay there again!!"

"Staff was great, very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable. It was a good deal. If you are relying on public transportation or trying to walk to places I would stay in a different area though. Was a 15-20minutes walk to the orange line T station. If you are parking a car and planning to drive then would be better. Area was walkable but use caution may not be super safe if you are alone. And I was a little nervous walking back to the hotel at night."

"The hotel is a good price performance ratio in its class. The breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of choices including eggs, breakfast meat, some potato thing, cereals, jam, oat milk, yoghurt, juices, make your own waffles, coffee, tea, and a selection of decent breads. My main negative was that the rooms had a very moldy smell and a few of us woke up with headaches each day. "Two small issues: We were in room 1207 - after I showered, I realized there was no ventilation fan, which I found surprising. It took some time to wipe and defog the bathroom mirror. I wanted to swim, but, at age 80, I have several artificial leg joints. The pool had ladders, but no stairs, and I was concerned I might need assistance to get out. "Nice hotel, close to the seaport. Liked the texting service to let you know when your room is ready and to help with requests. Shower was great, bed was great.
