"I booked my reservation via Expedia. I’m not sure who’s at fault. I paid $49 extra to include breakfast, thinking it was a buffet style for that price. Turns out it was a small bento style to go. I could’ve bought me one for $6.99 down the road 😩😩 would’ve been better too if they had luggage carts for both buildings."

"Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff."

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons. "While the rooms are a little dated, the grounds and location are the perfect getaway on Oahu. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from Wakiki"
