Lack of privacy on balcony and very loud noise from one of them with a group of men drinking.

"The room was very quiet and had a relaxing view of the lagoon and trees. Customer service, across the board, was friendly and they went out of their way to assist. Great location, very central and walking distance to most key tourist spots. No steep hills to climb like many other accomodation options in town.
