"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

"Penthouse was amazing. Very clean with fantastic views. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was handy and food pretty good. Cocktails and snacks by the wonderful pool was another treat. The pool was clean and good for all ages. Only disappointed that the BBQ wasn’t available for use and we didn’t have some condiments in room eg. salt and pepper etc. Also our check out was a bit messy as our luggage wasn’t picked up from room in time for transfer. Just a little disappointing but otherwise...

"Honestly we were disappointed. The bungalows are worn down and dirty - and we tried 3 different ones because we got dropped at the wrong one at first. Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container. The beds were...

"Exactly as shown in the pictures, great large space, fantastic amenities, super comfortable bed. Short walk to everything. Be aware reception only 9-5, but after hours arrival was easy. Only lost a star as it did need a good clean in the bathroom,"
