Khách sạn Wiconisco

"The beds were very comfortable and my husband really enjoyed the breakfast selections. They worked with our schedule that changed a time or two and were very kind/helpful."

"The beds are absolutely terrible, as are the pillows and comforters. They need replaced. The wall paper is peeling away from the walls. The restaurant was the worst part. We arrived around 6:40pm the first night, went for dinner and stood waiting for the hostess for about 5 minutes. Was seated around 6:45pm and had decided what we wanted but every server walked by and didn’t say a word or even acknowledge that we had been there for a bit or even ask if they could take our order or get us drinks....

"The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. VIP rewards —two free drinks (water) were not acknowledged when we asked; said they never have been part of the VIP program as that is a 3rd party (and they did t seem to care). Breakfast good/area clean"

"Had a pleasant stay. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again."

"Courtoisie du personnel salle de bain : pas beaucoup de place pour nos articles de toilettes"

"Blackout shades were great! Comfy beds. Good breakfast."

"They are very nice and lovely"

"The sheets and pillowcase on one bed or dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. The sink did not have a ceiling panel over it so there was exposed piping and electrical fixtures. The ice machine was broken. There was a water dispenser that was dirty and I would never use. The staff when we checked in was very helpful and got us to another room when it looked like there was somebody already staying in our room. There is ample parking and the air conditioning...

"Bien"

"First, the property is absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were beyond what we expected. Second, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming - we were treated like extended family. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay. We are already looking at our calendar for a return trip."
