"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."

"Nice hotel in a great location if you have an early flight. You can walk to airport terminal in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Schön und modern eingerichtetes Hotel, Zimmer blitzsauber, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotelbar mit außergewöhnlich gutem Angebot und überraschend niedrigen Preisen. Aus der Dusche kommt sehr wenig Wasser, da wollte man wohl im Sinne der Umwelt Wasser sparen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Negative das mir einfällt. Ich komme wieder."

"The rooms were clean, good firm matresses and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is average. You might want to order a coffee and get a croissant in a close by bakery. No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available."

"A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend."

"The hotel has a great location (1 block from the train station). Our room had a lovely view, and it was very clean and modern. Bed super comfortable, great shower. The check in procees was fast and easy, and we loved that the hotel has a rooftop with great views and drinks. We did not have breakfast there, but we went to the restaurant one night to have a late pizza with beer at 11 pm. I recommend it 100%"

"Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school...

"The hotel was wonderful—our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all of the amenities provided were great. It was especially handy to have washers and dryers in the basement for guests’ use, although you do have to download an app to use them and pre-load your account with 20€ (you can claim a refund of any unused portion of your balance). The hotel staff were extremely warm, kind, and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to several public transportation options to the city...

"First off , full marks for location! It is only a few min walk from karlplatz Ubahn station and closer to many attractions. Plus it is close to many restaurants and cafes - including McDonald and Starbucks in karlplatz station as well as a smaller supermarket. So staying on budget without much effort is possible. Rooms were a bit smallish but when you are in Vienna, you are not in room that much !"
