"L’appartement est à côté de la gare et des transports en commun, très pratique pour se déplacer. La chambre est bien insonorisée, propre et confortable. Très bons restaurants et épicerie à proximité. Le palais et les jardins du Belvédère sont à 6 minutes à pied. Le lobby est confortable, le personnel accueillant et il y a une consigne gratuite pour laisser nos baggages au besoin. "

"First impressions were great - amazing location and really easy to access our room. Room itself (standard) was really nice, good size and had all amenities, was really modern. We did have an issue where our air con wasn’t working - and the day we arrived it was 35 degrees so really needed air con! We had a few hours of back and forth with the team via WhatsApp which was a little slow at times and slightly frustrating with the delay, but they kindly moved us to another room for the evening as...

"It was very comfortable stay and close to ring strat and other attractions. Centrally located to metro station and tram stops. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Note that there is no one at the reception and you get your access codes to enter the apartment at 3 pm on check in date. Had no issues. The only downside was that there was no way to keep the luggage for couple of hours post check out. "

"We really liked our penthouse apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for our needs, air-conditioned with a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, and a fridge. The area was great for us as it wasn't too far from the metro and tram lines. There was a great vegan ice cream place nearby and a supermarket. The Staff were super helpful when we arrived too early, and we even managed to do our laundry!! it was an awesome apartment :) "

Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor."

"Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación "
