"Very cute hotel. I arrived late and self check in was easy. They also left instructions for a place to eat at 9:30 pm which was great. The hotel is on a busy road but I never heard the traffic. There restaurant opened early which was great (6am) as I had an international flight to catch."

"Really enjoyed my stay here, was travelling for business. Had room service and enjoyed the food, it was fresh and tasty. Convenient location and parking was great too. Comfy bed and I had a great view over the river. Buffet breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Brisbane"

"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems."

After a long flight and difficult trip from Brisbane Airport, I arrived expecting a straightforward check-in process but instead found there was no reception area, only a sign directing me to use an app. For someone who mainly uses a phone for calls and emails, this was extremely confusing and stressful. Fridge is stocked with snacks and drinks for your convenience,or you can purchase from the office. Shower water pressure is AMAZING. Fresh towels and linen Great for a passing through stay."
