"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"The room reminded me of a dorm room. The establishment had nothing bigger than a double bed. The room had no phone, no microwave or mini fridge. Ice was only available next to the registration desk and was empty for the majority of the time. The shower did not get "hot" water but just a variation of warm. "Grundsätzlich ein gutes, sauberes Hotel. Zimmer sind tadellos, geräumig und sauber. Einzig das Frühstücksangebot entspricht nicht dem Rest. Lieblos und überschaubar. Für 21€ wird in anderen Hotels eine deutlich bessere Qualität geboten."

"Agréable surprise, très bel hôtel décoré avec soin, intimiste. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, climatisée et bien insonorisée. Literie confortable et propre. Le personnel très aimable, fait des efforts pour comprendre et communiquer malgré mon mauvais anglais. Le concept de la petite épicerie est très apprécié, permet de prendre un petit déjeuner ou un en-cas rapide et à un prix très raisonnable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."

"Decent hotel with nice modern common areas. The room was bit dated though. We were surprised there were stairs and no offer for a room that was more accessible. They should warn people when booking"

"The hotel was a good standard travel lodge kind of place, nothing too special but totally suitable for what I needed. Only issue was the restaurant closed at 8pm and there was no iron in the room but other than that is was perfectly adequate for my needs. Road noise was also an issue but given where the hotel is located i am not surprised. Would I stay here again...... probably yes."

"Loved the beds, the location, the staff. The food was meh and the air conditioning required a personal unit that was loud at night, but it was cold and appreciated during the hot summer. The staff is unparalleled."

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."
