"We did not use the amenities or have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that. Room was comfortable, and although not as charming as others on our trip, we appreciated the modernity. Only problem was there were parties going on with the level of the bass percussion so loud that it disturbed our sleep. ..."

"A classic railway hotel. I had an amazing view of York Minster from my room. Excellent pool & leisure suite. Very good breakfasts.The lifts were broken, which was a problem for the less mobile."
