"I had a water leak in ceiling above the shower but when I returned after a conference day it was taken care of. They got right on it and also had complimentary waters in the room. Staff were excellent."

"Upon entering the my non smoking room it smelled of cigarettes and something else that was burning my nose. There were people milling about all over in questionable states. I did not stay and went to another hotel across town. I did not feel safe with whatever I was breathing in and the clientele."

"Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks."
