"Hotel is rather dated. My room does not have any chair when arriving. Called and visited front desk in person multiple times asking for a chair and finally got one on the 2nd night.
My room was also noisy since it connects to another room through locked doors."

"I liked the fact that they had gated parking. The staff for the most part was helpful, though I did encounter a staff member who was reluctant to give us extra towels(we stayed during extreme heat conditions so many showers were taken). I also wasn’t prepared for the cement floors and lack of carpet! It’s a very eclectic hotel! I would say they can use some updates with painting etc."

"The hotel and staff were great. The room was nice. Could use updated carpeting. The AC was really loud when it kicked on but at least it worked. And no fault of the hotel the city is very noisy and it’s very loud at night as it seems to have thin walls and windows. Haha. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The place is not well maintained. But the bigger problem was that because there were many flight delays and cancellations, the place was overbooked by maybe 100 rooms. Long line to check in. Desk clerk promptly announced to the 50 or so people in line that there were no more rooms available. Because we had prepaid for the room however, they held one for us.
Restaurant was maybe a 2 on a scale of 1-5."

Liked that location was set back in an area not in line with other hotels. Of course you have to deal with the airport traffic noise at any of the hotels in the area. Clean, nice property.
My only complaint is that they charge daily for parking and I don't remember seeing that on the website as part of the total cost. Find that to be ridiculous unless you are parking your car there because you are flying somewhere and want to avoid airport lots.
