"Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming at check in. We appreciate the check in text mid-stay, and check out was even easier. The rooms were very clean and AC/heat units worked really well. Overall, very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return and recommend to family in the future. "

"The room was so clear and neat. It was the prefect place for us to say to see the Christmas Lights at Silver Dollar City. We parked at the lodge, walked up the hill to ride the shuttle to the park."

"The overall stay was amazing. The kids loved playing in the pool and they also provided some swimming toys which was really helpful. The rooms are big enough for two adults and three kids without feeling on top of one another. They provide a range of pots and pans to cook with, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge with a freezer which is big enough for a few things. The beds were comfortable for the most part I just like softer beds, to me personally they were a little too firm. "

"The suites (We rented three for our extended family!), were clean, easy to access, allowed a service animal, convenient to where we spend the most time when we were down here and we LOVE the jetted tubs!!! Staff is friendly and always available!"
