"Great hotel"

"Clean room, good breakfast "

"Wasn’t even a human to check in with, had to yell into a screen to a video chat. Place looks nothing like the pictures, not themed at all. People yelling all night and parking lot felt unsafe with people walking around and smoking. Would not go to again. "

"Staff was nice and professional. Room was pretty good. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Check-in and checkout was easy."

"This is a jewel in Davis. It’s safe and a quiet location that is close to downtown and all the restaurants and shores as well as the college. A++++"

"Great hotel for people with dogs. Friendly, helpful staff. The train whistles may be an issue for some folks, but we actually like that sound. Very convenient for exploring the area. "

"The room is rather small, however it will work for a family of 3 with the bed and pull out couch. Might need to move some furniture around, but it'll work for one night like it did for us. Nice to have a fridge and theres a coffee shop right across the street that opens at 7am. In addition, lot of restaurtants within walking distance. Parking can be a bit crammed given the spaces are rather narrow, but if you get there early enough, it will work. "

"Finding multiple pubic hairs in the shower and long hair on the bathroom floor makes me wonder how clean the rest of the hotel room really is. I also paid for a king size bed but was given a queen. "

"The room smelled very clean, however; the room could have used some deep cleaning. The shower handle has obviously not been given any attention. The bed was uncomfortable, we had been traveling for days and just needed a place to sleep, therefore; spending over $200 for a hotel for a few hours was not an interest. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant, I requested a lower level room and she was accommodating. "

"Requested a king size no smoking room , but first thing I smelled when I walked in was smoke. Asked to change my room but they couldn’t accommodate me for the same room but one with two queen beds, but even then the rooms didn’t look comfortably clean, lots of homeless around the area & right away I told them I’m staying at a different property & they would not reimburse me so I took a loss. Never ever staying there "

"I booked this for my dad, and when I asked if he wanted the same one on his way back home he said No way!!!! The carpets had things still on the floor (not vacuumed) and the toilet seat was falling off. He’s elderly and they gave him a second level room with a broken elevator. He said it was a hotel like a halfway house."
