"Not a very good experience, unfortunately. The hotel is okay overall, but many things need updating. The balcony railings are dangerous for children, elevators don't work very well, and the staff isn't very nice or accommodating. This is the first hotel/resort that I've been to (and I've been to many in several different countries) that you are not allowed to use hotel facilities for extra couple of hours passed checkout (which is pretty early--10:30am). "We spent a week and had a great time. The staff was wonderful and extremely warm and welcoming. The pool was well maintained and cleaned. We had a room with a kitchenette, there should have been more utensils,we only had 2 very large spoons, but plenty of butter knives. I wish we would have had a fridge with a freezer. We will definitely stay again."
