"Every member of the team was incredibly pleasant and helpful! Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were included at no additional charge - and both were great. Plenty of parking - easy in and out. We didn't have time to take advantage of the Fitness Center or Pool & Hot Tub this time, but both were clean and readily accessible. We will definitely stay here again in the future - highly recommended!"

"Y'all really need to shut down while under construction. Slippery shower, no tissues, no coffee maker, vending machines weren't working, clogged sink, no cold water, no rewards members comp water...seriously?! And my rewards account isn't showing points or acknowledging that I've even been to a Best Western!!!? Other than that, it's been a pleasure staying there."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"We were happy with our king suite. The parking was always available over our 3-night stay. The staff was helpful with ideas for food and the breakfast they served was enough. The first day the bacon was crispiest we have had in a hotel."

"So again a place to sleep. The area doesn’t have much as most stops for a city and area. There is a gem a Restaurant on the corner. Menus is huge and the options are vast. Ceviche to steaks! The hotel was not to accommodating but the room was big with the fridge microwave…no freezer. Showers kinda poopie but cleaned well. Bed a little stiff but not bad. A/C kicked it to 60 and it was 60, wife was freezing to death lol! Gotta keep it cold! Good amount of the rooms are torn apart and stuff left on...
