"This place is magical. Be aware that there is no wifi or cell service, so be prepared to really unwind and tap into nature. We were greeted by helpful and welcoming staff. The adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the river are the perfect place to unwind when you arrive and perhaps meet some new friends. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, but the wait time to serve it was not, shouldn't wait an hour to receive our order. Breakfast was superb. Steamboat is a gem."

"My sister and I booked the Allen House for the 4th of July weekend. We loved the property and the house is absolutely stunning. If you love old historical homes it's a great find. The owners were very kind and helpful and the food was so amazing!! We loved their dog captain and the room was very cozy and cute. The only thing I would say is that it gets very warm in the room and I like to sleep in colder rooms so that was my only complaint about the stay. Everything else was a 10/10. I would...
