"This hotel was hard to get to even though it is dead smack in the city. Parking is ridiculous. Pay $31 for parking in a garage a block away from the hotel. The restaurant was also bad. The food turned out to be cold and the service was poor. We were sat by a family who got and moved to another table because a white man with black woman is a crime or something. Got one glass of water refill and no refills on the ice tea. Bad service and experience. We cancelled our second nights stay and the...

"Be prepared to not be able to check in until past 4 which is a pain when there are plans and the town closes at 5. And the staff doesn’t seem to care and it seems normal. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell which never goes away. I wish we had a better experience."

"The hallway toward our room had a large trash receptacle inside the hallway by the entrance. It smelled terrible and was left there all night. The hallway needed to be vacuumed and there was only one bath towel in our room. When I checked out there was an additional $48 dollars for “Destination fees’ that were never mentioned at check in. The river view was nice and their restaurant was excellent. However, we will rebook our next trip to Bend Oregon with the Marriott Hotel resorts instead....

"The lobby was dirty, the floor was sticky. Our room was decent but the shower was full of hair on the shower wall. Also, was not told about free parking on the street until after paying for overnight parking."
