"The room did not get cleaned until I went to the front desk and requested that it be done. NO phone. NO safe. Only 2 towels …. that were not changed each day. A marking on the bedding showed that they were not changed until day 3.

"This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash.
Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby.
Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. ...
