The airport shuttle was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. We decided to get a taxi when we were there instead of planning ahead for transportation. It was a great idea! It was $80 for 8 people.

We did not partake in the pool as we are ocean people. The pool bar had great selection and even better service. On two occasions, the bar tender looked up a drink to see how it was made. We really appreciated their dedication to providing the customers with any drink they desired.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms have tasteful decor, kept maintained. The pools were nice the kids truly enjoyed it. The beach looked beautiful though we did not go sincd the kids really liked the pool. The bar was good all inclusive resort. The only thing we were not happy with was the hotels app was not workingto make reservations. We had to go to go to the lobby to make our reservations and they were limited. Thankfully their buffet restaurants were good. They had great options, and always clean. The location of the resort is great you can walk to their downtown in 15-20 minutes and It is very safe!

From the rooms with partial beach and pool view, the view of the pool was not good because of the palm trees blocking the view. The entertainment was not good compared to other results we have visited. The BBQ restaurant is excellent. Overall the stay was good but not great.
