The. Only thing good was the check in girl was nice , the food was good ,terribly expensive , no elevator , lots workers standing around , no one offered to help our family take our luggage upstairs . Room ok , small, clean, outside dirty, old , the view looked like a murder could happen. Our door wouldn’t shut, look like it got kicked in. Breakfast does not inc drinks , and limited continental breakfast, but for the price we skipped it . No one at all ever can to our table at dinner, we waited over hour for food , staff sitting at table beside us doing nothing, didn’t think to ask us if we even wanted a drink . Again though food was good . We had a guy from hotel pick us up, he was 30 min late getting to airport ( 5 min drive to hotel from airport) would not stay again

We missed our flight and found this very convenient close to the airport. Restaurant in the hotel is very nice with great diner and breakfast.

Pour un nuit seulement.
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la proximité de l’aéroport car nous devions être à l’aéroport très tôt le matin. Le personnel a été très accueillant, nous avons pu déposer nos valises à midi en attendant d’avoir notre chambre vers 15h. Belle terrasse-restaurant. Chambre pas très propre, j’ai dû demander des nouveaux draps et le mobilier commence à être très usée. Endroit très très bruyant, nous avons très mal dormi. Il n’offre pas de navette pour l’aéroport. Le trajet se fait à pied (5-10 minutes) mais pas très sécuritaire (sans trottoir). Sinon vous pouvez demander un taxi (15-20$ US).

zijn leuke kamers, wordt alleen slecht verschoon, onder de bedden is het smerig, wc stinkt en is niet echt schoon en kasten zijn beschadigd, wordt jammer genoeg niet goed schoon gemaakt, ontbijt is slecht, ze hadden geen spullen en vraag te veel voor wat ze wel hadden. lobby personeel heel vriendelijk, maar mist een goeie leiding/ manager. zwembad is heel erg diep voor iemand dat amper kan zwemmen, laat staan iemand die niet kan zwemmen, parkeren is oké.

I use the hotel for transit and it is just the right place to stay close to the airport. 5 min. Taxi prices are ridiculously high. The hotel is 5 km away from airport, 5min and the taxi fare is $20.

Not much choice, would choose another if possible.
We arrived tired after a long flight and after a painstaking check in we were given our room key. Upon arriving at our room the key did not work. The desk clerk also tried in vain to open the door. He left and said he was going to reprogram the key. It still wouldn’t open the door. He left again to get an actual key which he never did. After a third attempt and 25 minutes later, I asked to be given a different room. He replied they were all filled up. After much debate he offered us an old room that was not renovated which alarmed me so I declined. Finally after negotiating for another 15 minutes he finally gave us the room next to our original. The room was clean and smelled of lemon cleaner upon entering but it was dark with no windows so felt much like a closet. The bed was comfortable however, the walls thin so we could hear not only our neighbours talking and snoring but the sounds from the casino as well. We discovered in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. There isn’t much choice so I suppose we would stay again if absolutely necessary. We enjoyed the views and service at the restaurant however, the prices were outrageous!!! Nearly fell over when presented with the bill of $150 US for 6 drinks and 2 appetizers!! Amy was a great bartender and host!!

El servicio de la recepción es excelente. Sin embargo, hay puntos de mejora importantes con respecto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, no siempre es a la misma hora ni con la misma calidad. Con respecto al desayuno, deben evaluarlo estuvimos 11 días, y dejamos de desayunar en el hotel debido a lo que ofrecen para un costo de ($15) en otras palabras lo pagamos y preferimos desayunar afuera después del cuarto día. Pienso que con poco pueden mejorar mucho, haciendo énfasis en la limpieza y en un desayuno más apropiado. Completamente rescatable el servicio de la recepción.

The place was really nice for being close to an airport. The breakfast was less than appetizing, but the location was great, atmosphere pleasant. My biggest issue was that when I went to check out, their system showed me owing the entire bill, even though I had prepaid & had a receipt. After a lot of back and forth, they waved the bill... but them not being able to see that I paid was rather uncomfortable.
