I've booked a room with ocean view and at the begining they gave me a regular room, there's NO expedia platinum member benefits at all, after i've asked for it they put me in a room in the 5th floor with ocen view but with sewer smell!! This was an AWFUL experience

The room was generally clean although a bit dated. The staff were friendly and mainly multilingual which impressed me. This hotel is located in the middle of everything you need so the location is ideal. Check in and out was a breeze. The one thing I didn’t like was that they asked us to not take off the AC. As someone from The tropics, I don’t like consistent AC/coldness and there was no area that you could retreat from the cold.

Es un excelente lugar si lo que buscas es estar en el centro de la ciudad y conocer el area, tienes muchos lugares de comida y tiendas en la zona. El hotel es muy comodo pero no tiene restaurant, pero para mi no es un problema ya que el area lo ofrece. Te ofrecen en el lobby todas las mañanas un area de café y te gratis, tienes wifi y limpieza de la habitacion y cambio de toallas a diario.

Very noisy. If you like sleep, this place might not be right for you. When building it, they cut corners and Sound insulate each room so you can hear other people talking in the next room. Location is fine, but you must pay for parking and on a busy weekend that may not be easy to get. Location is fine if you don’t have a car, Patti the front desk is great. They’re lucky to have her, because the rest hotel is 50-50
