"Felt like home top shelf accommodations!"

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"The host was wonderful, the inn was welcoming and comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, all of the accommodations were on point. Will definitely be back!"

"Free parking, which is rare in Denver. Secure building, which I have never seen before, but it added an extra layer of comfort and security. Clean rooms with an awesome pool. Close to downtown, which meant walking distance to see a baseball game. Might be one of the best breakfasts out there. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots"

"Old, worn out hotel. Pool and hot tub are empty pits. Bed sagged badly in middle, making sleep difficult. All amenities were far away in a seperate building, requiring outside walk. Would not stay here again."

"This was a poorly advertised extended stay facility. Nowhere was this clear in the listing or booking. Clearly the room was smoked in despite being labels non smoking. The outlets did not work to charge phones and we decided to find a different accommodation without spending a night here"

"Clean room, good decor, self check in was fine, but kind of annoying, big headache is that the place was very loud, air conditioner came on like a truck every 30 minutes so bring earplugs if you want to sleep."

"Although we enjoyed and utilized the hotel amenities; the one thing we didn’t care for was the parking arrangement. The cost for valet service was expensive and we didn’t expect to have to find an alternative that was cheaper. Although this was the case, it didn’t ruin our overall experience!"

"I actually never got to stay there. I booked the room because our Amtrak train was delayed due to weather and we weren’t going to make it to our original VRBO rental. We spent that night stuck on the train. After a 20 hour plus delay (37 hours total on the train), we finally made it to Denver. I called the hotel to make sure we could still check in at 7:00AM. The phone rang a few times then routed to the reservations representative who said our booking was canceled. We had already missed a full...

"We arrived to check in, first the man asked for me and my daughter's ID's. Firstly she is only 15 years old and secondly since when do you need an ID of everyone staying in the room? I've never had that request at a hotel. The area is definitely sketchy with homeless people everywhere and just run down and dirty area. We went to the room and didn't even step inside as the stench of marijuana hit us like a brick building, there was no way I was going to breathe that in and get a contact high for...
