"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"Great hotel located close to SoHo, Bowery, Chinatown, and NoLita. Great views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, the king suite deluxe is highly recommended. 3 blocks from subway and you can get anywhere. This will be my top choice for all my NYC stays!"

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."

"Very disappointed with the level of of service at the pool. Upon check in, front desk did not advise I needed to book complimentary seating at the pool days in advance. Trying to get a seat was absolutely ridiculous and the staff was not helpful at all. When I brought it to their attention that multiple people came in before and after us and were given seats, the manager said they were not aware of that - packed pool, cloudy water, poor bev and food service coupled with poor management left me...

"The rooms were very spacious for NYC and quite clean. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The only inconvenience was that housekeeping came so late, around 6 pm."
