"The staff were nice, but: 1. The bathtub knob came off, the tub had someone else's hair in it, and likely wasn't well-bleached (walls with some mildew), 2. There was no protein (yogurt, meat) except milk for breakfast, 3. The bathroom hadn't been dusted in a while, 4. The TV had some lighting issues, 5. And there was no shampoo. "Staff was friendly and always available. I received the value I paid for. Expectations beyond a friendly staff would be unfair. Local area was a bonus, with many shops and eateries at walking distance."
