"I was greeted by Veronica who was the most helpful and friendly host ever. Like she was really great and so friendly. Just amazing. And then she was off for a few days… but in her absence was Gloria!!!! Who was just as amazing! She made me a bagel and cream cheese the next day when I woke up and brought it to me before I could even reach the elevator! We need more customer service like these 2… I mean hands down. I would only visit again if there were present. I’m voting Veronica and Gloria for president! Seriously… give them a raise. "
