"Breakfast was ok, only downsize was that we had to wait for about 40 mins to be seated, as it was super busy and the area was small, so they had to wait for people to leave. Wish there was a microwave in the room, otherwise you have to ask one of the staff/receptionist to come with you to the area to warm up your food, and it has to be before 11pm. Also we had to pay them $25 for parking which we found a bit expensive.
Room was clean and the pool was warm and nice and there was a hot tub too.

"Property looks fine. Friendly staff & very accommodating especially Supreme (the owner?). Our room is quiet spacious. However few comments in the bathroom:
-Shower floor very slippery
-could have added a body wash at the shower
-towels could have been thicker
-need enough shelves and/or table in the bathroom for toiletries etc
Otherwise, its a good hotel to stay around Fallsview. "

Moins bon point: Lit très très dur vraiment pas confortable, vieux tapis qui couvre toute la chambre et pomme de douche fixe (pour ce point j'ai une condition médicale qui fait en sorte que je dois prendre ma douche assise j'amène mon propre banc télescopique mais le fait que la pomme de douche était fixe et donc pas bougeable comme une pomme de douche téléphone m'a rendu le tout compliqué)

"We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara."
