"This property was very nice and the only reason I am not giving it a better rating was because we needed to drop a rental car at the airport after check in and the shuttle runs on the hour. I told them I would be at terminal B for pick up after dropping the car in time for the 7 pm shuttle, which they confirmed and they asked for my phone number. The shuttle never came. When I called, I got an apology that something was wrong with the shuttle and it did not run and they forgot to call me. ...
