"Check in was great. Everything after that was downhill. Let’s start with the bed bug that crawled across the corner of the bed. "Horrible, horrible customer service. On my last day at the hotel, I arrived for breakfast at 9:01am. As I waited to be waited on, by 9:09am, I was ignored and not served until I requested to speak to a manager. "Great hotel in a great location (couple blocks of the magnificent mile). The hotel is very clean and the rooms are pristine, modern and cozy. Would stay here again next time I’m back in Chicago."

"I recommend this property. Very nice….. Very clean and updated. Centrally located. The only draw back was the restaurant and bar. You are better going off the property. Drinks at the bar are expensive. I was charged $23 for a regular vodka and tonic. You can buy a bottle for that price and I don’t care that I was on vacation. Also, my son and I got sucked into breakfast, where he had a plate and I had a omelette only for $76.00!!!! I love the Marriott but that’s not right."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Aqua. The location is truly one of the best parts of this hotel and made our Chicago trip so easy and enjoyable. We were close to so much and loved being able to walk to so many of the places we wanted to see. It really felt like the perfect home base for our trip.
