"Very convenient and central to everything. There’s a grocery store next door and everything is walkable- navy pier, magnificent mile, the train. The team was friendly, restaurant employees were 10/10 amazing! Sweet concierge lady let me borrow her umbrella. <3 The pool situation kind of sucks. Not enough chairs or space and they are crazy about the pool towels. My kid had to get in the elevator dripping and cold bc the towels can’t leave the pool deck."

"We had to switch rooms because the ceiling vent in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling and fell while we were out of our room. There was hair clogged in the drain. Our TV did not work and there was hair in the sink. Our door also did not properly close. Overall not a great experience. Then our second room, the bathroom floor was sticky."

"Only problem, be aware of the additional charges they tack on to your bill at closing. For us it was an additional 35 dollars a night for what they called urban experience fee. One day we returned to our hotel and our room had not been attended to."
