"Very clean room and property! Loved the dynamic and love how dependable the Moxy brand is as a hotel!
With that said, lack of additional amenities and marginal room amenities is what makes me think the hotel is short of a 4 star rating. Very solid, lovely, clean and dependable 3 for sure!"

Only criticism is that the bottom of the shower screen was very dirty, could do with removing the silicone sealant and replacing it"

"Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu. Throughout the night, neighboring guests were shouting and loudly knocking on doors across the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the front desk the next morning to report the issue, the staff was completely unhelpful. Their only explanation was that the hotel had been "fully booked"—with no real apology or effort to address the situation. Being at full capacity is no excuse for ignoring guest complaints after a completely...

"The building was old but the staff was wonderful. They gave us a tray with plates, knives and a bread knife when we said we were making sandwiches. They accommodated everything we needed. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, which made several kinds of coffee/espresso, available at all times for free. Also free apples and cookies. Lobby had comfortable seating and tables, and several games. Shower was excellent, room was old but clean. Location was perfect, half a block from the Theaterplein...
