"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. "Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"It was a good stay for us. We stayed for about a week on the 3rd floor and enjoyed our stay. Im very picky with beds in hotels and when you enter the bed was so beautiful made and was comfy. The water pressure could be a bit better and tiles in the washroom could use a change. The restaurant at the hotel was cute, loved the area but couches had stains all over. "As a solo traveler. I was concerned about location and security. The AC is located in an area that is safe and walkable to museums, restaurants, attractions, The Grove and Farmers Market. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. What a view! Breakfast was great! One price with a well stocked buffet. The hostess was wonderful. "The Ac was noisy and did not get fixed despite several requests. The sick was dripping water and had to be fixed. It looked moldy around the bathtub. House keeping was skipped one day. Restaurant at the rooftop had awful service but good food. Front desk staff were really polite and helpful."

"Fantastic location, large room, attentive and friendly service. No complaints at all. The only quirk was not having ANY items in the kitchenette in the room. We had to request individual items, which I have never experienced anywhere else. I think they want to discourage people from using the kitchen. We had no toaster so couldn’t make a simple breakfast. All we recived for the room was two plates, two bowls, and cutlery for two. Unusual but not a dealbraker."
