"The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. "Was surprised that staff only cleans room and replaces towels every other day. nothing was said on site or when we checked in. Also had a supposed handicap room. Toilet was lowest i've ever seen and difficult to get in shower as i had to step over tub - not walk in. did have bars by toilet and in shower but not very handicap friendly"

"It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again"

"AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. "

"The fact that I had to keep reprogramming my key fob despite doing what’s necessary to keep it from deactivating(ie keeping it from electronics, and out of the sun). I am a senior in age so when I’m trying to go the restroom and the clerk refusal to utilize it even as a guest proved to be a horrible experience. The price was affordable but hey, you get what you pay for right? I sleep with a CPAP. the power source was not reliable."

"Looks like it was partially remodeled and not finished. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. The hot water in the bathroom was scolding hot just ready for a lawsuit to happen. The Internet was mainly nonexistent. It ran between 2.4 and 4 .5mbps. Continental breakfast was bare minimum. When I checked out, I told the clerk about the hot water and about the Internet and he told me to call this number for the Internet and they would fix it. I said why would I call to fix it? I’m leaving....
