"Name of hotel is a misnomer. It is not even listed in the local e-hailing app and quite a distance from Jeju Airport! Front office staff could not communicate even in simple English.

"The owners are incredibly helpful, offering advice and services beyond expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, with kitchen and washing machine. Major Jeju attractions are spread out, so a car rental is a good idea - although the bus system is excellent and inexpensive (taxi fares are reasonable as well). "

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...
