"This company failed to let us know until 24 hours before arrival that this house's plumbing will not allow any toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets. Instead, they said we need to place used toilet paper into the bins in the bathrooms. These bins were ordinary wastebaskets without even so much as a plastic liner. Totally unprofessional, with no notice to get another reservation, unhygienic, and disgusting."

"The property requires TLC, externally the property looks neglected and requires attention to cleanliness of windows and broken locks to patio doors on 1st floor, also electric charging point has been broken from the wall and is on the floor in front of the garage. Internally the shower room on the ground floor has no ventilation and the extractor fan does not work so there is an odour on entering the property.
