"Had to unexpectedly stay another day in the U.K. and stayed in this quaint hotel last minute. The staff was extremely helpful as I needed to print out documents and the front desk was so empathetic to my situation and the hotel was quite affordable and close by the train station."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location"

"Parking was easy to find. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.."

"Welcoming, helpful staff. Nice accommodation and communal lounges. The stairs were challenging!"

"the toilet was not working. check in staff not super friendly beds very uncomfortable"

"Staff"

"My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend."

"Staff very helpful and nice, ordered taxi service for us, advised on things to do. Location was great right by the castle. Convenient to lots of great pubs"

"Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable."
