"My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors.

"Room was excellent, staff was ok, breakfast was not partaken . The construction was not posted online and difficult to navigate. The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination."

"The rooms have a musty smell, the evening front desk employee was extremely helpful and gave us another room, the smell wasn’t as bad but still musty.
In the breakfast area there was not much of a selection so it’s more a continental breakfast. Although breakfast is until 10am, the coffee had finished by 9:30am. When we asked the morning front desk employee if we could get coffee, she stated coffee was done for the day, and this on a Sunday morning!!"
