"The room was nice and clean upon our arrival. It was air conditioned too, and we like the tickets we were given to get drinks near the pool (both alcoholic and non alcoholic).
Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, we ate there every morning. Unfortunately, there wasn’t an airport shuttle, so we were actually able to get to the hotel using the city bus (located just across the street from the airport.) Each of us only had to pay $3 and we only had a short five minute walk to the hotel. (Note: the driver said he should have put us on the other bus that goes even closer than his bus did.)
Anyway, the bus was clean and the ride was about 15 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Final note: if you are a Hilton member, reward points won’t be given unless booking directly with them. (After booking here, I did look at Hilton’s website knoll e and found that the prices were even slightly lower.)
Our family of 5 shared one room with two queen beds and a convertible sofa. To be honest, the bed was a comfort level of average. The restroom didn’t have a vent fan so it can get muggy unless you keep the restroom doors open.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot: on top of Yard House restaurant and a few minutes from the beach."
