"Very beautiful place to stay, it’s small but has everything you need. Is right next to Salvia Blanca which made it easy to walk over and enjoy dinner with live music. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was in great condition and very comfortable bed."

"The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right."

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

"This property is non responsive to the website and being very cold about basically scamming me I was never able to check into this sketchy ghost town of a villa and lost my money I got here 10pm no one able to check me in and the booking is non refundable and will not do anything to compensate I’m soooooo extremely upset !!!"
