We booked this hotel and saw some of the reviews and were really anxious about what it was going to be like BUT and a big BUT we could not fault the stay whatsoever. Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. We didn’t use pool, hot tub or spa facilities so unable to comment on these areas, but our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast very good.
