"The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to go get food for our child. The hours online do not match the actual hours. Then wr went to leave this morning and my child could not use his tickets because no one was at the desk for him to be able to get his prizes. So we just let another kid have all of his tickets."
