"Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! "

"There's a indoor pool guys!!! The staff is superb. Especially the woman who is the chiefs fan. Heads up they don't do tap pay. So make sure you have your card in hand.. I loved the size of room and I wish I knew how nice this hotel was I would've stayed here my full stay. Forget going to somewhere in downtown it's all about Lee Summits. "

"The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.."

"There is NO hot tub which is the main reason I booked this hotel. The room itself had garbage from previous guests as well as a washcloth hanging in the shower. There was a layer of dust and dirt on the curtains. The carpet was missing in front of the bathroom. On the other hand, the staff were the kindest people. I just wish the hotel had been in better condition."

"Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either overwhelmed or simply didn’t want to be working. They seemed annoyed and aggravated. I will give this person a little grace, considering the hotel appeared to be packed full of people. The breakfast provided was lackluster. Biscuits were hard and dry. The premade omelettes were overdone. Again, I wasn’t expecting an extra extravagant spread, but I do think it could be executed better for what that’s worth. Overall, I would rate the stay a tad below average. I give that rating primarily because of the lack of attention to detail. In no way am I trying to disparage this hotel. I think the stress of having so many people stay there had a roll to play and put strain on the staff. When I stay at this facility again? That’s debatable depending on how much the rate is for the 200+ dollars I spent I wasn’t impressed. As for the positives, the lady at the front desk who greeted me was very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, she was next to another coworker, who obviously needed a break. "
