"We stayed at this hotel for one night and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price we paid.
The biggest disappointment was the customer service at reception. The receptionist was very cold and not welcoming at all. The interaction felt dry, and we did not feel helped or valued as guests. A more friendly and inviting attitude would have made a big difference.
The facilities also felt outdated and in need of improvement. One positive point is that the parking location was convenient and easy to access.
Another issue was that during the middle of the night we found stink bugs in the room, which can be seen in the photos. We understand this may not happen in every room, and perhaps we were just unlucky, but it still affected our stay and overall comfort.
Since we only stayed one night, we cannot say if this is a recurring problem throughout the hotel. However, considering the price we paid, the overall experience and service were definitely not worth it."
