"Very clean room and bathroom"

"I booked this hotel based on its high ratings, so I was surprised by my experience. I'm not sure how this property has an 8/10 rating. The hotel felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The shower drained very slowly, the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to it. I stayed for a few days while visiting the area. "Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool"

"First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back."

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening.
