"Love:
- Truly a beautiful hotel
- Staff is fantastic
- Oval Room food is really fantastic overall
- Great value for the price
- Illy coffee machine near the main lobby is a nice touch — would be even better if it was complimentary until noon!
Don’t love:
- On both of my visits, all maintenance work seems to run through the main grand lobby. Surely there’s a better way to move workers and materials without constant exposure to guests.

"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. I came in on a late flight and had to check in around 3am. They held my room for me and let me check in at this time and then offered me a late check out which I really appreciated. Very supportive and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless, and the entire hotel was kept incredibly clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool without any noise or issues. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of fresh, delicious options. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I was in Winnipeg for a conference at the RBC Convention Centre and it was the perfect spot to pick. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
I did use the indoor golf simulator to unwind and it wasn’t too bad. There are both left and right-handed clubs set up for you to use if needed.
The hot breakfast options were great, love the waffle maker and that the omelettes were different every day.
Would definitely stay here again when...

"There was some sort of sports event happening for youth. It was loud for a bit, but I appreciated the fact that the noise was quiet before 11:00 p.m. the A/C worked great, especially on a really hot day."
