"Our room was very old and grubby. Window was dirty, curtains were torn, carpet had large visible patches, walls had large visible patches, couch was missing a back cushion.
Staff were friendly but I absolutely will not be staying here again. "

"Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great! I booked for a relaxing pool and hot tub that weren't in service. No maintenance was being done i think they just did not want the evacuees using and having to clean it. That was my feeling bc when i looked into the pool area there was no visible issues and no person working on any "troubled problems""
