"The only good thing was the staff and the neighborhood. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned a white towel black. The main door to the room didn't close properly so we had to make sure it latched every time we entered or exited the room. The bathroom door wouldn't close at all. The whole room felt damp. I've stayed at red roof inns that were cleaner and more secure. Never again will I stay at a LivInn"

"Checking in- booked 2 rooms under 2 names but same reservation, the person checking us in only processed 1 room and had to be prompted to process the second room which was a king not the 2 queen bed room I had booked. The comforter had stains on it and room didn't look too clean. Went back to change right away but the staff was trying to assign rooms on different floors. "We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom and shower were also big and clean. Loved the little coffee bar they had set up. You could get it 24/7, which was awesome. Most places shut it down, and for the free breakfast, it was actually quite a large selection. Very surprised, pleasantly surprised, with how well everything was."

"The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations still or did some quick patch work. Standard breakfast, nothing to rave about. I had to switch rooms the first smelled like smoke. Do not stay on the first floor, very noisy. Outside of the hotel needs more lighting for the parking lot area. It's close to the highway and other hotels in that area. Bathroom was clean, shower area could use work. Nothing on Wi-Fi never used it. 6/10 because the room was spacious."

"The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating."
